Summer 2018 – Heat Wave June 29, 2018 Its been a rainy spring but as June ends and July starts we are heading into our first summer heat wave. We would like to remind everyone that leaking air conditioning units can cause water damage to your home as well as those living below you. Please make sure that your a/c unit is not producing excessive water. Also, if you are doing work on your homes, whether you live in a house, a condo, or co-op, it probably requires a Licensed Contractor and a Permit from the local Building Dept. Please don’t forget to get your completed jobs inspected and your permits closed. The only thing worse than trying to close out an old open permit is trying to get a new permit for old work. Lastly, have a great 4th of July!
