These are exciting times at Topper Realty Corp. and TRC Property Management! Effective April 1, 2023, we narrowed our focus as Topper Realty Corp. will now operate exclusively as TRC Property Management, the Property Management firm, and will no longer be involved in sales and rentals brokerage.

In addition, starting next week we will begin the process of moving our office to 284 West Park Ave., Long Beach NY. We can still be reached at (516)431-6000. 

TRC Property Management will continue as an independent Property Management  company with Brian Topper as President and Fred Brandenberger as Vice-President. Dave Soren and Angie Vazquez will continue as Property Managers.  Mike Litzner, David Kasner, and Thomas Gallagher have joined Brian Topper and Fred Brandenberger as co-owners of TRC Property Management.

Please be assured that Brian, Fred, Dave, Angie, along with our bookkeeping team, will continue as your Property Managers and advisors and we will remain as hands-on as ever. These changes will allow our team to better focus on servicing your Property.  Our expanded ownership team will mean that we have greater resources, giving us additional financial and labor support, and enable us to utilize the latest technology to address an ever more challenging operating environment. 

You will continue to be able to reach us at our same telephone numbers, and email addresses, and our new offices at 284 W. Park Ave. are just a few blocks down the street.

Our new partners,  David Kasner, Mike Litzner, and Thomas Gallagher are the owners of Coldwell Banker American Homes Realty and have extensive experience in marketing, technology, real estate, and finance.  Their experience and expertise, along with financial backing , will be invaluable in our expanding our operations while continuing to provide you the level of professional service you have come to expect. 

In addition, our strategic alliance with Coldwell Banker American Homes Realty will afford those owners/residents who wish to take advantage of their sales and rentals services access to a greatly expanded array of state-of-the-art brokerage services at the most competitive prices.
